摘　　要：合作教学与研究已经成为当代大学学术创新的重要途径和方式,学术合作能力是大学教师创新力发展必不可少的基础能力之一。大学教师学术合作能力包括六个基本要素:学术组织能力、学术沟通能力、学术协调能力、学术分享能力、学术表达能力和学术评价能力。大学应重视教师学术合作能力的发展,积极创造各种条件和机会提升大学教师的学术合作能力。Collaborative teaching and research h as become the important ways and means of academic innovation in contemporary university. As one of the basic capabilities in the development of university teachers＇innovation abilities, the academic collaboration ability of university teachers includes six basic elements： the academic organization ability,the academic communication ability,the academic coordination ability,the academic sharing ability, the academic expression ability, and the academic evaluation ability. The universities should pay attention to the development of the academic collaboration ability of the teachers, and actively create the conditions and opportunities to improve the academic collaboration ability of university teachers.
