摘  要:本文以KMnO_4酸性溶液作为丙烯酰胺和未经氧化处理的淀粉接枝共聚的引发剂,通过实验研究了接枝共聚过程中淀粉与单体的重量比、pH、引发剂浓度、反应时间、温度等对接枝链分子量的影响,并对接枝共聚物阳离子和阴离子化条件以及阳离子接枝共聚物用作造纸助留、助滤剂做了实验研究。It is generally known that tetravalent cerium or trivalent manganese can be used as initiator for grafting of vinyl monomers onto starch. We have now discovered that KMnO_4 in acid solution is a excellent initiator for graft copolymerization of acrylamide monomers on starch without any oxidative pretreatment. The effects of the weight ratio of starch and monomers, pH,conentration of initiator, reaction time and temperature on the molecule weight of grafting chain have been invetigated. The structural characteristics of copolymer chains are characterized by IR and scanning electric microscope (SEM). The graft copolymer can be cationized and anionized. The conditions of cationizing have been discussed here.
