摘　　要：五年制高职生是一个特殊的群体,他们有着高职生的共性,但又存在自己独特的个性。针对他们心理上和行为上的特点,加强以学生为本,实施精细化的常规管理,建设一支强有力的管理队伍以及开展系统化的主题教育,可以有效的提高管理效力。Five-year-higher-vocational Students are a special group of college students.They share some common characteristics with other students and have their specialties as well.In order to improve the management efficiency,we should study the psychological features and behavior of the students.Meanwhile,management should be carried out concerning every aspect and confidence should be built.
