摘　　要：目前传统的动漫人才培养方式与企业岗位需求还存在过多的差距,怎样实现毕业生与企业零距离对接成为当下动漫教育的一个重要问题。烟台职业学院顺应时代潮流,从课程开发、教学模式、人才培养模式三个方面对动漫教育进行了实践性探讨。There still exists too many gaps between the traditional personnel training methods of animation and the position requirements of enterprises.How to achieve zero docking between graduates and enterprises has become an important issue of animation education for the present.Yantai vocational college conform to the trend of The Times,makes practical exploration from curriculum development,teaching mode,and personnel training mode of animation education.
