摘　　要：首先简要梳理了激励理论的发展脉络,总结了激励理论自20世纪70年代至今近40年的主要发展成果;然后对管理层激励机制与企业经营困境之间关系的实证研究进行了综述性分析;最后应用激励理论的最新进展对两者间关系的研究进行了展望。This paper first briefly combs the development context of motivation theory,and summarizes main research achievements on motivation theory in recent 40 years from 1970s.Then it reviews and analyzes the empirical research on the relationship between managerial incentive and business distress.Finally,it gives an research prospect on this relationship through applying the latest development of motivation theory.
