摘 要:辅导员队伍专业化建设历经几年的探索,虽然成果颇丰,但问题依然存在,主要表现为专业化定位模糊,职业认同感缺乏以及职责泛化等。要进一步推进辅导员队伍建设成果,就必须积极面对这些问题并找到解决的办法。首先,通过相关机制的构建明确辅导员专业定位;其次,从意识层面的关注、分配体制的完善以及工作量化对比等多方面培育辅导员职业的社会认同感;最后,在制度上对辅导员工作职责进行明确,并采取有效措施把辅导员从繁琐的事务性工作中摆脱出来。While the exploration of the specialization construction of university counselor team has been done for many years, with great achievements in this field, there are still many problems. The ambiguity of positioning in the specialization, the lack of sense of identification in the career and the generalization of responsibility are the main problems which need to be faced and solved actively if people want to promote non - stop the construction of the university counselor team. The countermeasures are suggested: firstly, to make clear positioning for the coanselors by establishing the related systems; secondly, to cultivate the sense of social identification by valuing university counselors from the ideological level, perfecting the distribution system and comparing and quantification of the counselors' work; last but not the least, to focus on the counselors' ideological and political work and detach those daily routines through diversified channels.
