高校汽车服务工程专业实习基地构建思考

摘　　要：实习基地是高校汽车服务工程专业人才培养体系的重要组成部分,是实现本专业人才培养目标不可或缺的环节。文中分析了目前高校汽车服务工程专业实习基地建设及其教学中存在的问题;从实习基地选择、实习基地教学组织机构体系构建及教学过程管理、实习指导教师队伍建设等方面系统提出了实习基地构建的途径和方案,以及校企一体化实习基地新模式。Fieldwork base is an important part of the talent cultivation system of college automobile service engineering,and is an indispensable section to realize the goals in talent cultivation.This paper analyzes the problems in the education and construction of the training base in current college automobile service engineering,puts forward a systematic blueprint and approach for the reconstruction of such training base,including the choice of training base,the build of teaching organism,the administration of teaching process,and the development of fieldwork supervision,and concludes with the a new mode for an integrated college-enterprise training base.
