摘　　要：目的:研究胶原三肽对B16黑素瘤细胞的影响,探讨其美白作用与机制。方法:本文以B16黑素瘤细胞作为受试细胞,以浓度为10μg/ml曲酸作为阳性对照,研究胶原三肽对其增殖、细胞内酪氨酸酶活性及黑色素合成的影响。结果:胶原三肽浓度范围为50～400μg/ml时对B16黑素瘤细胞增殖无明显影响,但均能显著抑制黑色素合成。且400μg/ml胶原三肽抑制酪氨酸酶活性具有极显著性。结论:胶原三肽具有一定的美白功能。Objective To study the effects of collagen tripeptide on B16 melanoma cells.Methods The cell proliferation,the tyrosinase activity and the melanin content were detected,using kojic acid as stnadard control.Results The results showed there were no perceptible effect on B16 cell proliferation,but melanin was decreased significantly by the concentrations of collagen tripeptide from 50μg/ml to 400μg/ml.The tyrosinase activity was inhibited remarkably by 400μg/ml collagen tripeptide.Conclusion Collagen tripeptide could inhibit melanogenesis in B16 melanocytes obviously.
