摘　　要：本文在选取天津市6所高校图书馆作为样本的基础上,经数据分析发现高校图书馆员有工作倦怠的倾向,讨论归因,并提出从人文环境、人本机制、培训保障、提高工作待遇、特点等方面进行合理疏导。The data for this article are from the questionnaire to the selected six universities in Tianjin.Through the quantitative study,the data indicate that the librarians of universities have the tendency of burnout.The article discusses the reasons and proposes the ease measures from aspects of human environment,people-based mechanism,providing training guarantee and so on.
