摘  要:探讨超声波技术应用于调浆的效果。利用超声波的机械作用和空化作用进行调浆,并与传统调浆方法进行对比,分析了超声波作用对浆液黏度、黏度热稳定性、糊化温度、糊化时间的影响。结果表明:一定频率范围的超声波对调浆作用显著,可降低糊化温度、缩短糊化时间、明显提高浆液的热黏度稳定性。指出:将超声波技术应用于调浆,可加强浆料的混溶性,降低调浆成本,提高生产效率。Effect of applying ultrasonic technology to blend size mixture was discussed. Size mixture was blended through mechanical and cavitations function of ultrasonic, the effect was contrasted with traditional size mixture blending method. Effect of ultrasonic on sizing viscosity, viscosity thermal stability, gelatinization temperature and gelatinization time were analyzed. The result shows that blending effect of ultrasonic in certain frequency is obvious,gelatinization tem- perature can be reduced and gelatinization time can be shortened, viscosity thermal stability of size mixture can be in- creased obviously. It is pointed out that size mixture compatibility can be strengthened ,blending size mixture cost can be reduced and production efficiency can he improved through applying ultrasonic technology.
