摘  要:当前,我国普通高中教育发展面临着诸多问题和挑战,亟需通过法律来解决和推动。然而,在我国的教育法律体系中,唯独在普通高中教育领域尚未有专门的规章制度或政策法规。对普通高中教育进行立法,既是应对目前存在的实际问题和面临的挑战的需要,也是完善我国现代学校教育法制体系建设,迎接21世纪新一轮国际教育竞争的需要。普通高中教育立法应以宪法为依据,遵循前瞻性、发展性、明确性、规范与促进发展相结合、科学与民主相结合等原则。Currently, ordinary high school education in China faces many problems and challenges be solved and promoted through legislation. However, there are no special rules or policies and school education in our country's legal system of education. regulati which need to ons about high Legislation on high school education is not only the real need of solving existing problems and challenges, but also the requirement of improving the legal system of modem school education and meeting the new round of international education competition in the 21~ century. Ordinary high school education legislation should be based on the constitution and follow the next legislative principles, such as foresight,, development, clarity, combination of standard and promotion as well as the unity of science and democracy.
