摘 要:可跨膜融合蛋白PTD-SOD与肝癌细胞和正常肝细胞共培养,使细胞内SOD活力分别增加了52%和23%,提高胞内总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)水平达100%,同时降低ROS水平.实验结果显示,肝癌细胞增殖受到显著抑制,最高抑制率达91.91%,对正常肝细胞抑制率较小,为45.50%.Incubated with PTD -SOD (PTD, protein transduction domain; SOD, superoxide dismutase) fused protein, the intracellular SOD activity of HepG2 and L -02 cell lines increased obviously, by 52% and 23% respectively. IntraceUular total antioxidant capacity(T- AOC) was up to 100% and ROS level was decreased remarkably as well. Dates showed that the proliferation of HepG2 cell was significantly suppressed, up to 91.91% ; while that of L -02 cell was only to 45.50%.
