摘 要:[目的]探讨山东省农村居民粮食中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)和硒元素(Se)的含量与食管癌高发的关系。[方法]粮食样品中DON毒素含量的检测采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA);硒元素的检测采用2,3-二氨基萘(DAN)荧光分光光度法。[结果]东平、肥城两个食管癌高发区粮食DON含量为70.1~302.8μg/kg,对照组(泰山区、长清区)粮食DON检测结果为低于27.3μg/kg,食管癌高发区与对照区粮食DON含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);东平、肥城两个食管癌高发区粮食Se含量均数分别为76.5μg/kg、85.6μg/kg,对照组泰山区、长清区粮食Se含量均数分别为83.1μg/kg、90.7μg/kg,对照地区高于食管癌高发区(P<0.05);东平、肥城、泰山区、长清区居民头发Se含量均数分别为0.926mg/kg、1.015mg/kg、0.937mg/kg、0.941mg/kg,高发区组和对照组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]食管癌发病可能与DON有关,Se的缺乏可能不是食管癌发病的主要病因。[Purpose] To investigate relationship between high incidence of esophageal cancer and content of deoxynivalenol(DON),selenium(Se) in grains in rural residents in Shandong Province.[Methods] DON was quantified by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Quantitative determination of Se was performed with 2,3-DAN fluorescence spectrophotometry.[Results] The concentration of DON in grains in high incidence area,of esophageal cancer Dongping and Feicheng was 70.1~302.8μg/kg respectively.The concentration in control areas,Taishan and Changqing was less than 27.3μg/kg.There was significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).The concentration of Se in grains in the two esophageal cancer high incidence Dongping and Feicheng areas was 76.5μg/kg and 85.6μg/kg,while it was 83.1μg/kg and 90.7μg/kg in control areas respectively,with significant difference(P0.05).Content of Se in hairs in Dongping,Feicheng,Taishan and Changqing was 0.926mg/kg,1.015mg/kg,0.937mg/kg and 0.941mg/kg,respectively,without significant difference between high incidence areas group and control areas group(P0.05).[Conclusion] DON might relate to carcinogenesis of esophageal cancer.Lack of Se might not be the main risk factor for carcinogenesis with esophageal cancer.
