摘　　要：自主择班教学分组是根据高等学校的育人目标、大学生的心理动因和高校生源 特点而设计的适合于普通高校公共体育课的教学分组形式，实验证明，这种教学分组能 有效地激发学生学习体育的自主性和主体性，提高体育教学的质量和学习效果，并使学 生的体育意识得以增强。The teaching grouping of individual class-selection is a form of teaching grouping which, suited to the physical education as a required course for general purposes in colleges at large, is designed in accordance with the general goal of college education, the psychological motives of college students and the characteristics of the students of individual colleges. The experiment bears it out that this kind of teaching grouping can effectively inspire the initiative and Subjectivity in students, improve teaching effect and quality, and enhance students awareness regarding physical education.
