益气健脾汤治疗青少年假性近视眼的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨益气健脾汤治疗青少年假性近视眼的临床疗效。方法将符合标准的326例患者(326只眼,均以右眼为观察对象)按完全随机对照顺序编号,分成A、B两组,A组(治疗组)口服益气健脾汤。B组(对照组)予0.25%托吡卡胺滴眼液点双眼,每晚睡前1次。随访观察裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力、近视屈光度、散光度等。结果①裸眼视力:治疗后1、2、3个月A、B两组裸眼视力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后6、12个月A组裸眼视力好于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②最佳矫正视力:治疗后1、2、3、6、12个月A、B两组患者最佳矫正视力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);③近视屈光度:治疗后1、2、3个月,A、B两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后6、12个月,A组近视屈光度小于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④散光度:治疗后1、2、3、6、12个月A、B组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气健脾汤具有益气健脾,增视明目的功效,能治疗青少年假性近视眼并阻止其发展,值得临床推广应用。OBJECTIVE To discuss the clinical effects of Yiqi Jianpi Decoction on adolescent pseudo-myopia.METHODS Three hundred and twenty-six cases of standard 326 patients,right eye as the observed object,were randomly controlled and sequentially numbered,divided into A,B groups.Group A（treatment group）took Reinforcing Qi Strengthening Spleen Decoction orally.Group B（control group）used 0.25% tropicamide eyedrops 1 time/day at bedtime.Then followed up the uncorrected visual acuity,best corrected visual acuity,refraction,astigmatism and other subjective and objective refractions.RESULTS ① uncorrected visual acuity： 1,2,3 months after treatment,uncorrected visual acuity between the two groups was not statistically significant（P 0.05）;6,12 months after treatment,uncorrected visual acuity between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）;② best corrected visual acuity： 1,2,3,6,12 months after treatment,best corrected visual acuity between the two groups was not statistically significant（P0.05）;③ Diopter：1,2,3 months after treatment,no statistical significant difference between two groups（P0.05）;6,12 months after treatment,group A of refractive change was less than group B（P 0.05）,the difference was statistically significant;④ astigmatism： 1,2,3,6,12 months after treatment,the result between the two groups was not statistically significant（P 0.05）.CONCLUSIONS Yiqi Jianpi Decoction could do good to the qi,spleen and eyesight,and it could treat the youth＇s pseudo-myopia＇s,prevent its development and worth of clinical application.
