摘  要:根据卫生士官的认知特点和规律,研究基于建构主义理论的《计算机应用》课程教学,以提高学员的学习主动性、积极性,培养学员的积极思维,改善学习效率。以EXCEL公式与函数为例,说明如何运用建构主义理论开展公式与函数的有效教学,教学实践表明,这种教学设计有效改善了课堂氛围,能够引导学员积极参与课堂活动,达到了良好的教学效果。According to health and non-commissioned officers' characteristics and patterns of cognitive, this reasearch is based on "Computer Application" of Constructivist Theory, and aims to raise their motivation to learn, enthusiasm, nurturing positive thinking, and improve learning efficiency. Take EXCEL formulas and functions as an examle, and explain how to use constructivist theory formulas and functions to carry out effective teaching. The practice shows that this instructional design is effective to improve the classroom atmosphere, guide students to participate in classroom activities actively and achieve a good teaching effect.
