摘　　要：非专业基础课往往很难引起学生的兴趣，教学效果不好。本文以“石油工业概论”课程为例，针对工商管理专业学生教学中存在的主要问题，从三个方面入手，结合自身教学经验，总结了提高‘‘石油工业概谢’教学效果的方法，取得了较好的效果。Non-professional basic lesson is often hard to attract interest of student, which causes bad teaching effect. ＂Petroleum industry introduction＂ is taken as an example in the paper in view of the main problems of teaching in the students of industry and commerce administration major. The means to develop the teaching effect of ＂petroleum industry introduction＂ are sumed up at the bases of considering three respects and combining teaching experiences of myself, then get the good effect.
