摘　　要：甲壳素／壳聚糖是非常有价值的天然生物材料，对它的开发和利用有着广阔的前景。本文综述了甲壳素／壳聚糖的结构与性能、制备与表征方法以及它们在医药、工业和农业等方面的应用。Chitin/chitosan is a very valuable natural resource for human being.In this paper,a survey concerning their structure and properties,the methods of preparation and characterization,as well as their application in the areas of medicine,industry,agriculture were briefly ascribed.The problems demanded further research for better developing the exploration and application of the chitin/chitosan were emphasised.
