摘 要:利用平板式轮胎试验台进行了不同胎压及载荷下轮胎侧偏试验,辨识UniTire模型参数,分析侧向力和回正力矩特性参数与胎压变化的关系。提出预测胎压影响的试验方法,并据此构造胎压影响的预测模型,进而计算模型参数并实现另一胎压下轮胎侧偏特性预测。预测的侧偏侧向力及回正力矩精度都达到85%以上,验证了本文方法的有效性。Tire cornering tests were conducted on a flat plate type tire test bed under different inflation pressures and vertical loads, parameters of the UniTire model(cornering force and aligning moment) were identified, and the correlation between these UniTire parameters and the tire inflation pressure was analyzed and characterized. A test method to predict the effect of the tire inflation pressure was proposed and a tire inflation pressure effect prediction model was built. The model parameters were calculated and the prediction of the cornering properties of the tire under another inflation pressure was realized. The accuracy of predicted cornering force and aligning moment exceeds 85%, demonstrating the validity of the proposed method.
