以职场发展为导向的应用写作教学改革

摘　　要：本文针对目前高职院校应用写作教学、研究中存在的问题,围绕学生就业和职场发展,探索应用写作教学改革。文章认为,探索应用写作教学改革首先要确立应用写作教学的终极目标——为学生就业打下坚实基础,为学生职场发展提供强有力后劲,并保障新形势下学生能适应职场岗位变动的频率;教学内容的合理取舍,教学"形散而神不散"的过程特征,变枯燥抽象为生动具体、理论与实践相结合的教学方法等有利于应用写作教学终极目标的实现,有利于应用写作教学改革。In view of present application writing teaching in higher vocational colleges,the problems existing in the research,development and duty field around the employment,explore the teaching reform of applied writing. The article argues that,Explore applied writing teaching reform to be established first applied writing the ultimate goal of teaching;The reasonable teaching content and take,Teaching ＂form medicinal powder and god,do not come loose＂ of the process features,Combining theory with practice teaching method applied writing teaching to the realization of the ultimate goal,Writing teaching reform to application.
