摘  要:目的探讨模拟启发式教学在外科护理教学中的应用效果。方法将117名高职护理专业学生随机分为实验组(58人)和对照组(59人)。对照组按教学大纲采用传统模式教学。实验组采用模拟启发式教学,即发挥教学目标的导向功能,融合理论和实验内容,进行课堂教学评价及反馈矫正等。课程结束后评价效果。结果理论、操作及综合素质考核成绩,实验组显著优于对照组(均P〈0.01);实验组91.38%~98.28%肯定模拟启发式教学方法,96.55%学生继续选择该教学模式。结论运用模拟启发式教学有利于促使学生思考、解决问题,从被动式学习转向主动探究式学习,提高教学效果。Objective To explore the effect of simulation and heuristic teaching method used in the Surgical Nursing.Methods One hundred and seventeen associate nursing students were randomized into a control group(59 students) and an observation group(58 students).The control group adopted traditional teaching based on syllabus,while the observation group received simulation and heuristic teaching method,including such measures as making teaching objectives oriented,meshing theory and practice,and performing appraisal,feedback and correction during teaching.Results Significant differences were found between the two groups in theory,operation and comprehensive quality test results(P0.01 for all),with those of the observation group being superior to the control group.Of all students in the observation group,91.38%-98.28% were satisfied with the new teaching method,96.55% were willing to choose the new method for their further study.Conclusion The new method guides students to think and solve problems,which mobilizes students′ initiative and promotes teaching effect.
