摘　　要：学习支持服务是远程教育教学质量的重要保证,其有效性直接影响学生自主学习的效果。郑州电大构建的"导学+助学+促学"学习支持服务体系在远程网络课程学习中得到了广泛应用并取得了较好的效果。文章详细介绍了远程网络课程"导学+助学+促学"学习支持服务体系的基本内涵与实践应用情况。The study supporting service is an important guarantee of teaching quality of remote education,whose effectiveness could influence the effect of autonomic learning of students.The study supporting system of Guiding-assisting-promoting in Zhengzhou Radio and Television University had been applied widely and achieved good effect.The paper introduced in details the basic meaning and practice of Guiding-assisting-promoting study supporting system of remote network course.
