摘　　要：蜂胶含有丰富而独特的生物活性物质,对人体有着广泛的医疗、保健作用,现已成为各国科学研究的热点,并成为新兴的保健品。本文主要概述了近些年来蜂胶的研究应用进展,主要包括蜂胶的化学成分以及蜂胶的提取,蜂胶中黄酮类化合物的结构、性质、功能,蜂胶中黄酮类化合物的分离提纯以及测定等,并对其研究应用作出展望。Propolis contains rich and unique bio-active substances which have wide medical and health effects to the human body,so it has become a hot spot in scientific research field all over the word,as well as a new kind of health products.This article outlined the research and application progress of propolis in recent years,including chemical composition and extraction of propolis,the structure,properties,and functions of flavonoids in the propolis,and its isolation,purification and determination.Meanwhile,the prospects of research and application were proposed.
