摘 要:研究了7种封口方法对杏鲍菇、金针菇菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,套环+无棉盖体封口效果最好,菌丝生长健壮,杏鲍菇、金针菇料袋污染率分别为4.0%、4.7%,菌丝生长速度分别为8.0 mm/d、4.3 mm/d,比尼龙绳扎口的提前11 d、12 d长满料袋。其次是尼龙绳+海绵块封口方法,杏鲍菇、金针菇料袋污染率为3.3%、4.0%,菌丝生长速度分别为7.7 mm/d、4.4 mm/d,菌丝满袋时间比尼龙绳扎口的提前10 d、13 d。微孔通气法菌丝生长速度最快,杏鲍菇、金针菇菌丝生长速度分别为8.3 mm/d、5.0 mm/d,但污染率最高,分别达10.7%、9.3%,料袋失重量最大。采用套环+棉花、套环+牛皮纸封口,菌丝满袋时间比尼龙绳扎口的提前7~12 d,但污染率较高。In this paper,the effects of 7 sealing methods on mycelium growth of Pleurotus eryngii and Flammulina velutipes were investigated.The results showed that the plastic ring + plastic cover was the best and the mycelium grew healthy,the mycelium growth speed of Pleurotus eryngii and Flammulina velutipes reached 8.0mm and 4.3mm per day,respectively,the contamination rates were respectively 4.0% and 4.7%;the time of which material bag was full of mycelium was advanced by 11 days and 12 days,respectively,compared with the controll.With the sealing method of rope + sponge,the pollution rates of Pleurotus eryngii and Flammulina velutipes were respectively 3.3% and 4.0%,the mycelium growth speed reached 7.7mm and 4.4mm per day,respectively,the time of which material bag was full of mycelium was advanced by 10 days and 13 days,respectively,compared with the controll.The sealing method of micro porous material could improved the growth speed of mycelium,the mycelium growth speed reached 8.3mm and 5.0mm per day,respectively,but the pollution rate was the highest up to 10.7% and 9.3%,respectively and the weight loss of material bag was the highest.With methods of plastics ring+cotton and plastics ring+paper,the time of which material bag was full of mycelium was advanced by 7-12d compared with the control,but the pollution rate was the higher.
