摘 要:教师教育是教育改革成败的关键,今天我国师范大学中教师教育技术教育面临一场空前的挑战。根据《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》所制定的发展纲要精神,本文针对革新型的教师教育技术教育领域,提出了一个全新的"混合型教师"理论框架,并论述了其核心能力。本文对混合型教师三项核心能力中的教学媒体综合运用能力进行了论证,对其在教学实践中扮演的角色进行了阐释。Teacher education is the key to educational reform. However, nowadays the teacher education of educational technology in normal universities of our country is facing huge challenges. Based on the spirits of "Long - term planning programs of national edu- cation reform and development (2010 -2020)", this paper aim at the innovative teacher education and technical education areas, to proposed a new theoretical framework called "blended teacher", and discusses its core competencies. The paper demonstrated the integrated ablity for use the instructed media of three core ablities, and its practice in the teaching role were explained.
