摘　　要：介绍了广西大学构建多元开放式实践教学体系,探索培养大学生的"四种能力"方面的一些做法。主要涉及:产学研实践育人的新模式,依托重点学科资源促进本科实践教学,以责任教授制为核心的实践教学管理模式等。This paper introduces a multiple and open practice teaching system that was set up in Guangxi University,and investigate how to cultivate the ＂four abilities＂ of the university students.The main ideas include new model for cultivating students by means of cooperation of industry,education and academy,promoting undergraduate practice teaching with support of key discipline resources,and management model of practice teaching based on the system of responsibility professor etc.
