摘　　要：针对实验教学中存在的过分依赖计算机仿真模拟技术,实验过程的实践性不够、工程化程度弱等一些问题,设计了一个旋转机械综合测试实验系统,包括一个旋转机械模拟试验台装置、传感器测试系统、数据采集和分析系统,可开展机械装配、机械量测试、数据采集和分析、LabVIEW程序编写、故障检测与诊断等实验任务,让学生认识实验或科研的一个具体过程,并切实培养学生解决具体工程实际问题的能力。该实验系统目前已投入使用,取得良好的实验效果,学生普遍认为此实验实战性很强。To the questions in experimental teaching such as overdependence of computer,shortage of experimental parctice,and weakliness in engineering training,an engineering oriented experimental system was developed to provide comprehensive experimental courses,which consists of a rotating machine test bed,sensor system and data acquisition system.Comprehensive experiments can be carried out on this integrated experimental system including mechanical assembly,mechanical value testing,data acquisiton and analysis,LabVIEW programming,and fault detection and diagnosis.Through these experimental training,the students can go through a whole process of solving engineering problems and then master the engineering solving techniques.Now the experimental system has been put into use and gained the acceptance of teachers and students.
