摘　　要：徐公美是我国早期电化教育的先驱,也是民国时期电影教育的积极倡导者。他对电影及电影教育的实质有着深刻的认识,对早期电影教育理论与实践发展作出了卓越的贡献。他认为电影是提高教育效率最合适的工具,有效的电影教育是教学乘以电影。他提出了特殊时期电影教育的方针,积极开展电影场及电影教学法研究,大量引进国外的电影教育理论与经验以构建我国电影教育体系,极大地推动了我国早期电影教育的发展。XU Gong-mei is not only a pioneer of the early Audio-visual education in China,but also a active advocator that advocate film-education in the period of the Republic of China.He has a deep understanding for the essence of film and Film-education,and made outstanding contribution to the theory and practice about early film-education.There are mang views and measures that put forward by Xu Gong-mei on film-education,as follows： he thought that the film is the most appropriate method to improve instruction efficiently,and that it is the better Film-education to integrat movie into instruction,he made special-period education policy,he actively researched on management of Audio-visual education and strategy of Film-education,and introduced lots of the theory and experience about foreign Film-education to build ourselves Film-education system.which greatly promoted the development of E-education in early.
