摘  要:本试验旨在研究酵母培养物对泌乳中期荷斯坦奶牛产奶量及乳品质的影响。选用20头处于泌乳中期的荷斯坦奶牛按年龄、胎次、泌乳月、日产奶量和乳成分相近的原则,随机分成两组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在对照组日粮的基础上添加120g/(d.头)的酵母培养物,预试期7 d,正试期42 d,测定试验组与对照组的日产奶量和各种乳成分的变化情况。结果表明:酵母培养物可以有效缓解泌乳中期奶牛日产奶量的下降,与对照组相比,日粮中添加酵母培养物42 d后产奶量显著提高了12.8%(P<0.05),乳蛋白率、乳糖率、乳非脂固形物率和乳密度分别极显著提高了8.2%、6.8%、7.9%和11.7%(P<0.01)。总体显示,酵母培养物对于提高泌乳中期荷斯坦奶牛的产奶性能和改善乳品质方面效果明显。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of yeast culture on milk production and milk quality of Holstein dairy cows at mid-lactation.Twenty Holstein dairy cows at mid-lactation with the same age,parity,performance month,daily milk yield and milk quality were chose,and then randomly divided into two groups.The control group was fed with basal diet and the tested group was fed with basal diet supplemented with 120 g/d·head yeast culture.The feeding trial lasted for 51 days with 7 pre-feeding days and 42 trial days.Milk yield and milk quality of the control and trial group were determined.The results showed that: yeast culture could validly alleviate the declining trend of milk production in Holstein dairy cows at mid-lactation.After the addition of yeast culture for 42 days,milk production was significantly increased by 12.8 %(P0.05).Milk protein rate,lactose rate,non-fat solids rate and density of trial group were significantly increased 8.2 %,6.8 %,7.9 % and 11.7 %(P0.01).It concluded that the application of yeast culture in diet of dairy cattle at mid-lactation had good effects in increasing milk production and improving milk quality.
