军队院校《国际法》课程教学改革实践与思考

摘　　要：国际法作为军队院校政治学专业的一门必修课程,对于军校学员准确运用国际法基本理论、基本制度,观察、判断和评价国际政治有着重要的意义。在教学内容上要注意强化政治意识,突出军事特色,提升科学品位。在教学方法上采取辩论式、案例式教学,提高教学效果,以使学员正确理解我国的外交政策,增强学员应对多种安全威胁、完成多样化军事任务的能力,有效履行新世纪新阶段我军历史使命。As a required course,International Law is of great significance to use the basic theory,and systems to observe,judge and evaluate the international politics.In the teaching content,we should enhance the political consciousness stress the military characteristics and promote the scientific quality.In teaching methods,case teaching and debates can improve the teaching effects.Our purpose is to make the cadets understand our foreign policies properly,and promote their ability to complete various kinds of military tasks.
