摘 要:该设计旨在开发一种水下推进器的测速仪器。该仪器利用霍尔电流传感器,通过检测推进器运行时的换向纹波来测速,并采用单片机进行控制计算,从而实现了无接触、高精度、数字化的便捷测量;该仪器还可做成钳形表,能够在不改变原有机械、电气结构的情况下简单、方便、快速地测出推进器的运转速度。此外,该仪器还加入了对推进器电流、电压的测量,并采用人性化、模块化设计。The speed instrument for the underwater propeller is designed. This instrument which makes full use of Hall current sensor to detect the reversing ripple of the running motor so as to measure the speed, uses the single chip to control calculation, and achieves convenient measurement of non-contact, high-precision and digitization. This instrument also makes the clamp ammeter which can be measured briefly, and commodiously measures the speed of motor in the event of not changing the original in mechanical and electrical structural. In addition, the instrument can measure motor current and voltage, power efficiency, temperature, humidity and so on. The alarm and remote acquisition control and so on are realized by using humanized and modular design.
