摘 要:在完成电力工程EPC总承包项目目标所需的各种资源中,最重要的是人力资源。总承包项目组织的特点决定了项目团队中的人员有不同于其他人员的特征,本文以近年来我国电力工程EPC总承包项目人力资源管理的实践经验为基础,通过具体论述电力工程总承包项目人力资源管理的特点、管理的意义、管理内容和管理要点等,比较系统地分析了在电力工程EPC总承包项目中人力资源管理存在的问题,并对存在的问题所应采取的对策进行了详细探讨,以求电力总承包项目人力资源管理的水平进一步提高,管理的能力进一步增强。In the EPC contractor to complete power projects of various resources required for the project objectives, the most important human resources. General contracting project organization decide that the project team personnel who are different from other features, this paper in recent years, EPC contracting of electric power engineering human resources management project based on practical experience, through specific projects discussed in general contracting human power characteristics of resource management, management of meaning, content management and management of key points, more systematic analysis of EPC contracting in power engineering project management of human resources management problems, and problems in countermeasures to be taken in detail study in order to power the total contract level of human resource management projects to further improve management capabilities further enhanced.
