切实尊重大学生的受教育权——关于在学籍管理中坚持以人为本的思考

摘　　要：大学生学籍管理应当以尊重大学生受教育权为基本准则,坚持以人为本。这对加强高等教育内涵建设、维护校园稳定、维护教育公平公正具有重要作用。以人为本在学籍管理中还存在不少缺失。学籍管理中坚持以人为本,要进一步完善学籍管理制度,进一步强化规范管理,进一步提升管理工作水平。The students＇ status management should stick to the principle of people-orientation with respecting the student＇s right to be educated as the basic norm. It plays an important roles in strengthening the connotation construction of higher education, maintaining campus stability, preserving the fairness of education. There still exist several problems in carrying out the principle of people-orientation in students＇ status management. In order to stick to people-orientation, educators should shoulder heavy responsibilities in improving the rules of students＇ status management, in strengthening the standardized management, and in improving the management.
