摘　　要：金融学专业人才培养与金融业的发展紧密相关,金融人才的需求量很大。但在金融人才培养过程中存在培养目标缺乏特色、教学内容脱离金融实际、强理论弱实践等问题,可以针对性从培养目标、课程体系、师资队伍建设、个性化职业生涯规划等方面改革创新。Financial talent is closely related to the financial industry and in great demand.But there exist the problems in financial talents training process,like lack of character training objectives,teaching content divorced from the financial reality,the strong theory but weak practices,and other issues.This paper puts forward the innovation in this curriculum from the aspects of the training objective,curriculum,teaching staff,individual career planing,etc..
