摘　　要：Based on the results in [12], we study the solution of the nonlinear com- plementarity problem by generalized Newton method. Under some weaker condi- tions,we obtain the convergence results and therefore provide mathematical founda- tions for directly applying the generalized Newton method to the nonlinear comple- mentarity problem.Numerical results are given with satisfaction.Based on the results in [12], we study the solution of the nonlinear com- plementarity problem by generalized Newton method.
