摘　　要：停车需求预测是城市停车研究的核心问题,以往的各种停车需求预测模型多以建筑规模来求得停车需求。通过停车需求与项目自身吸引和产生的诱增交通量,以及与土地利用等关系的分析,在总结分析的基础上提出了基于项目诱增吸引产生交通流的停车需求预测模型,并通过实例检验拟合该模型。The parking demand predicting is the core issue of urban parking study,most of parking demand predicting model based on the construction scale to obtain parking demand,the article with the project related the parking demand to project-induced traffic,the function of the land and so on.based on the proposed project-based,analyze and point out the parking demand predicting model of attracting traffic generated,and apply it to the example and test fitting the model.
