摘　　要：分析新加坡南洋理工学院(NYP)的创新教育思想和理念,介绍NYP的"教学工厂"、"双轨教学"等创新思路和办学理念,分析目前我国高等职业教育的现状和存在的问题,提出应结合我国高等职业教育的实际情况,借鉴NYP的成功经验,引入"教学工厂"模式,改革教学模式及课程设置,并加大师资培养。The revolutionary education idea and mode of Singapore Nanyang Polytechnic（NYP）are analyzed in this paper while the concept and educational mode of ＇Educational Industry＇ and ＇Dual-track Teaching＇ are introduced successively.Then,the current status and existing problems in higher vactional education of our country are also analyzed.It is advised that the ＇Educational Industry＇ and the successful experiences of NYP should be brought into our higher vactional education based on the present situations,and the teaching mode and programs should be innovated and more teachers should be trained.
