摘 要:[目的]筛选代谢木糖产乙醇的酵母菌株。[方法]以木糖为唯一碳源,从自然环境中筛选了木糖利用酵母菌,并对筛得菌株进行了发酵性能的测试。[结果]共筛得4株菌株C4、C5、H5和M2,其中C4菌株24 h发酵木糖为乙醇的效率最高(38%),但M2菌株乙醇产量最高(0.438 g/L)。由于酵母菌发酵木糖产乙醇随着发酵时间延长会消耗产物,导致原料转化率下降,因而发酵时间不宜过长。[结论]结合木糖转化率随发酵时间的变化趋势,以M2菌株的发酵性能最为优良。[ Objective ] The aim was to screen yeasts which could produce ethanol by xylose fermentation. [ Method J Yeasts which could produce ethanol by xylose fermentation were screened from natural environment by taking xylose as sole carbon source, furthermore fermentation perform- ances of obtained strains were determined. [ Result] Four strains like CA, C5, I-IS and M2 were obtained, among them CA had the highest fer- mentation efficiency of xylose (38%) within 24 h, while M2 had the highest yield of ethanol (0.438 g/L). Because procusts would be consumed by yeasts with the increase of fermentation time during the process of xylose fermentation so that the conversion efficiency of material was de- creased, the fermentation time shouldn't be too long. [ Conclusion] Combining with the change tendency of xylose conversion efficiency with fer- mentation time, the fermentation performance of M2 is the best.
