摘　　要：作为一种在我国改革开放后新出现的组织形式,企业集团引起了我国众多学者的研究兴趣。以企业吸收能力理论为基础,选取2005年在沪、深两地上市的制造业类企业作为研究样本,对于我国企业集团的吸收能力与企业绩效风险的关系进行了理论与实证分析,研究结果表明:吸收能力对于企业集团与企业绩效的关系具有调节作用。As one type of the new organizations emerged after Chinese economical reform, business groups have caught great attention from scholars. Based on the absorptive capability theory, using a data set compiled largely from listed firms in Shanghai and Shenzhen Securities Exchange, we analyze the effects of absorptive capability on group affiliation ＆ firm profitability. The results show that hypotheses are supported by the data.
