摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌组织中HER2和EGFR蛋白的表达及其与常见临床病理参数之间的关系,以及HER2和EGFR之间的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测胃癌组织标本中HER2和EGFR蛋白的表达情况,分析其表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果与癌旁正常组织比,胃癌组织标本中HER2和EGFR蛋白表达显著增加(P<0.01);不同分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期的癌组织中HER2和EGFR的表达差异显著(P<0.05,P<0.01);胃癌组织中HER2与EGFR蛋白表达呈正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论胃癌组织阳性表达HER2和EGFR蛋白;HER2和EGFR联合表达对胃癌的进展可能有协同作用;测定HER2及EGFR蛋白在胃癌组织的表达为分子靶向治疗提供了理论依据;。Objective To study the expression status of HER2 and epidermal growth factor receptor（EGFR） in gastric carcinoma and their association with clinical pathologic characteristics.Methods The expression of HER2 and EGFR in specimens of gastric carcinoma tissues was detected with immunohistochemical method;the correlation of HER2 and EGFR expression and the clinical pathologic characteristics was statistically processed.Results Positive expression of HER2 and EGFR existed in gastric carcinoma ti-ssues in comparison to the normal tissue around the tumor tissue（P0.01）.The expression of HER2 and EGFR genes was statistically associated with the grades of differentiation,invasion depth,lymphatic metastasis and TNM stage of tumor tissues（P0.05,P0.01）and the positive correlation between the two protein expression appeared in gastric tumor tissue.Conclusion Gastric carcinoma cell expresses HER2 and EGFR proteins positively;they could serve as the significant biological markers of the prognosis of gastric carcinoma and a theory foundation of molecular target for gastric carcinoma therapy.
