摘　　要：高校新的学生资助政策体系已经实施三年,资助力度大幅度加强,覆盖面进一步扩大,惠及了更多的寒门学子,但社会对其认知仅仅停留在经济层面上。对高校的学生工作而言,资助政策体系更是承载着"以情育人"的重任。中华民族的传统美德,对资助政策体系的建设和道德价值的再造,有着十分重要的现实意义和指导作用。The new system of student aid policies has been implemented for three years, with aid amount increased significantly and aid coverage further expanded to benefit more students from poor families. But the social recognition remains merely at the economic level. The system for aiding college students is carrying the task of ＂Cultivate People by Emotion＂. The traditional Chinese virtues have important realistic meaning and play a guiding role in the building of aid policy system and restructuring of moral values.
