摘 要:此处给出了基于无刷直流电动机(BLDCM)的舵机位置伺服系统的模型,详述了三环控制系统的工作原理和位置环的设计过程,给出了位置调节器的参数设计准则,并详细说明了系统硬件及软件的设计。转子位置由高精度磁编码器采样,系统采用开通相斩波的控制策略。对由1.2 kW电机组成的系统进行实验,结果表明,系统较好地实现了位置伺服。The model of the steering engine servo system based on brushless direct current motor(BLDCM) is given,and the design progress of the position loop is also given.The three loops control system and the design progress of every parts of the system are shown.And the design rule of the position adjustor's parameters is showed.The article shows the design of the hardware and software of the system.The rotor's position is sampled by the high accuracy magnetic encoders.The system uses the control strategy of chopping the opening phase.At the same time,the system uses the a-gainst integral saturation PI regulator.The experimental results based on the system which contains a 1.2 kW BLDCM verifiy that the system can get the goal of position servo precisely.
