摘　　要：发展我国医药产业和医疗卫生事业,需要培养大量既懂专业又熟悉知识产权,同时又具有创新能力与潜力的复合型人才。通过深入调研,了解医学生接受知识产权教育的意愿,分析了现状,探讨了医药知识产权素质教育的意义,就医药知识产权教育的内容、方法等进行了思考并提出改进建议。Development of medical industry and health service needs training a large number of versatile talents with not only specialized knowledge and intellectual property rights knowledge but also innovation ability and potential. Through in-depth research, this article tried to learn about medical students＇ willingness to receive intellectual property rights education, analyze the present situation, and discuss the significance of education in medical intellectual property rights. Then it discusses the contents and methods of medical intellectual property rights education, and puts forward suggestions for improvement.
