摘　　要：外科手术学基础是外科教学的一个重要组成部分,是医学留学生进入外科临床实习的前提。明确授课目标,采用英语教材,充分利用影像资料的直观教学,注重激发学生的学习兴趣,培养自信心,重视基本操作技能和无菌观念的培养,改革考核方式,集体备课与试讲并定期进行教学总结,对提高教学效果,有着重要的作用。The course Fundamental Operations in Surgery, an important part of surgical teaching, can help international medical students quickly adapt themselves to surgical practice. To improve teaching efficiency and quality, we adopted some important measures such as clarifying the teaching objectives, selecting English teaching materials, using video-visual materials, stimulating students＇ study interest and confidence, training the basic surgical skills and aseptic principles, reforming assessment means, preparing lessons collectively and making regular summary of teaching.
