摘 要:"十一五"期间,我国基础教育改革与发展取得了巨大成就。在课程与教学改革及研究方面,高中新课程、中考改革、课程领导等问题引起较多关注,进入第二个五年的新课程改革在深度反思中继续推进与深化;在基础教育公平与均衡研究方面,除一般性研究外,对弱势群体的研究成为关注的焦点;学校层面上,变革涉及组织、制度和文化等多个维度,生命教育和校园安全也引起普遍的关注。此外,关于素质教育、基础教育均衡发展以及在纪念年份对基础教育改革回溯与反思的重大研究成果相继问世。未来的基础教育研究将会更加关注课程与教学改革的联动与深化,基础教育的内涵发展与外力支持,教育政策的实施监控与动态调整,以及"后普九"时代基于"起点公平"的"过程公平"。During the llth Five - Year, Chinese basic education reform and development has made encouraging progress. Firstly, as to research of curriculum and teaching reform, the issues of new high school curriculum, the high school entrance exam, curriculum leadership have got more attention. The new curriculum reform has been in the second- five year implementation, advancing and deepening with profound reflection, and accordingly. As to the research on fairness and equality of basic education, in addition to the general study, the education of vulnerable groups has become a new concern. As to schools, the changes are involved in organizations, institutions, culture and other dimensions. Furthermore, life education and campus security has become a common concern. Moreover, significant research works on education for all-around development, balanced development of basic education, and retrospective research and reflection on basic education reform in memorial years have come out. In future, basic education research will focus on the following topics: the linkage and intensification on research of curriculum and teaching reform, the substantial development and external support of basic education; monitor implementation of educational policy and dynamic adjustment; "the process fairness" based on "the fairness of the starting point" in "post- compulsory education" era.
