摘　　要：民族地区是推动当代中国马克思主义大众化的重要阵地,但在推动马克思主义大众化的过程中,存在着认识不到位、制度不健全、理论与实际相脱节、手段落后以及基层干部队伍素质有待提高等问题。民族地区应该建立素质优良的基层队伍,营造通俗易懂的文化氛围,构建完善的干部保障体系,创新"马克思主义大众化"的宣传体系。Marxism, as a crystallization of advanced human thoughts and culture, is the production of the time. Marxism has a strong vitality because it goes forward with the time, the practice and the development, while inherits previous theories. Time Features are the basic characteristics of Marxism adapting to the requirement of the practice, and the deep summary of the historical experience of the development of Marxism. It has also developed from the basis of the criticism and the absorption of various erroneous trends of thought. However, the theme and the development of the time is the objective motivations and external conditions of promoting Marxist modernization. This is the only way to maintain its rationality and vitality, and to better adhere to the basic stand, viewpoints and methods of Marxism.
