摘　　要：为了促进高校阳光体育运动落到实处,须建立能够保证"阳光体育运动"长期、有效实施的机制。因此,构建科学、合理的高校"阳光体育运动"量化评估体系和评价机制势在必行。本研究使用特尔菲法选取与阳光体育密切相关的5个一级指标、15个二级指标、30个三级指标综合评价高校阳光体育开展情况,为教育主管部门评估高校阳光体育开展情况提供评估依据。In order to promote university sports implementation,the long-term,effective implementation mechanisms of Sunlight Sports must be established.Therefore,it is imperative to build a scientific quantitative evaluation system and evaluation mechanism of university ＂sunlight sports＂.With the Delphi method,it is closely related to indicators of Sunlight Sports college to appraise Sunshine Sports situation in universities and provide assessment for the education authorities.
