摘 要:下运带式输送机是煤矿生产中重要的运输设备之一,其制动系统的可靠性是保证带式输送机安全制动的关键问题,盘式制动系统因其结构简单、技术成熟、控制方便和价格低廉等突出优点,得到了广泛的应用.根据盘式制动控制系统的总体结构和控制方案,对盘式制动装置电液比例控制系统进行分析研究.先介绍系统的工作原理,并建立系统的数学模型,然后对系统动态性能进行仿真研究,最后对其进行PID校正及PID参数优化,使系统的动、静态性能更好,以满足盘式制动系统的控制要求.研究表明,PID校正和PID参数优化具有良好的适应性和有效性,采用此方法可以提高电液比例控制系统的综合性能.Downward belt conveyor is one of important transportation equipment in coal mine production.The reliability of braking system is a key problem to keep the downward belt conveyor running safely.Disc braking system was widely used because of several outstanding advantages such as simple configuration,mature technology,convenient control and low cost.According to the overall structure and control scheme of disc brake control system,the disc brake hydraulic proportional control system was analysed and researched.First the system's work principle was introduced and the mathematical model of disc brake system was establish,then the dynamic performance of the system was simulaled,finally its PID correction and parameter optimization was made to the system dynamic and static performance more well,in order to meet the control requirements of disc brake system.The results show that PID correction and optimization of PID parameters have a good adaptability and effectiveness,the overall performance of electro-hydraulic proportional control system is improved by using this method.
