新疆卡拉库尔羊Fas基因的克隆及核苷酸序列分析

摘　　要：为了分析新疆卡拉库尔羊的Fas基因,根据普通绵羊的碱基序列和相关文献设计引物,用RT-PCR扩增并测定了卡拉库尔羊Fas基因的cDNA序列。结果表明,Fas基因cDNA序列包含了一个750 bp的开放阅读框,通过GenBank中的Blastn序列比较分析,卡拉库尔羊的Fas基因与普通绵羊的同源性高达99.69%。这为将来制备卡拉库尔羊Fas基因探针及卡拉库尔羊分子免疫学的发展提供了理论依据。The prime was designed according to the DNA sequence of the ovis and relevant literature,the sequence of the kalakul＇s Fas gene was amplified by RT-PCR and sequenced.The result showed that the cDNA sequence of Fas contains a 750 bp of ORF.The comparison analysis of the fragment sequence with ovis through blastn of GenBank,the homologies of the nucleotide sequence with ovis were 99.69 %.This research provide the scientific theoretical foundation on producing method of probe of kalakul＇s Fas and development of Molecular Immunology.
