新疆维稳视野下互联网执政的动因考察——以矩阵困境与网络救赎为研究视角

摘　　要：矩阵体系缺少制度性、规范化的诉求渠道,容易成为滋生稳定问题的重要因素。稳定问题与矩阵困境相互激化,可能形成不可持续的恶性循环。互联网执政不能完全消解而只是暂时弥补了矩阵困境,长效维稳机制的建立需要互联网之外权利制度资源的合理配置。In matrix,there is a lack of systematic and regulated channel for appeals,which may become the hotbed for instability.Both matrix dilemma and instability can mutually become intensified,and thus cause an unsustainable vicious cycle.Moreover,governing through the internet cannot thoroughly appease the tension but temporarily take control of matrix dilemma.Effective and permanent system of holding stability needs rational distribution of resources outside the internet.
